STATEMENT BY
DIRECTORS
We, Ang Kok Tian and Ang Ah Nui, being two of the Directors of ASL Marine Holdings Ltd., do
hereby state that, in the opinion of the Directors,
(i)
the accompanying statements of financial position, consolidated income statement,
consolidated statement of comprehensive income, statements of changes in equity, and
consolidated statement of cash flows together with notes thereto are drawn up so as to
give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Group and of the Company as at
30 June 2015 and of the financial performance, changes in equity and cash flows of the
Group and the changes in equity of the Company for the year ended on that date; and
(ii)
at the date of this statement, there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Company
will be able to pay its debts as and when they fall due.
