Online Management Q&A With Investors

In conjunction with the Group's half year financial statements announcement for the period ended 31st December 2005, the Board of Directors of ASL Marine Holdings Ltd ("ASL Marine") is pleased to announce the setting up of an online management Q&A today.

ASL Marine's management will take questions from investors on the Q&A from today till 8th February 2006 (Wednesday), and will reply on 13th February 2006 (Monday). All investors are welcomed to participate in the online management Q&A.
