Resignation Of Senior Manager (Special Projects)

The Board of Directors of ASL Marine Holdings Ltd would like to announce the resignation of Mr Tan Cheng Meng, Senior Manager (Special Projects) with effect from 2 September 2005.

The Board of Directors wishes to record its appreciation to Mr Tan Cheng Meng for his services to the Group and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
