Management Online Q&A With Investors

In conjunction with the Group's full year financial statements and dividend announcement for the year ended 30th June 2005, the Board of Directors of ASL Marine Holdings Ltd ("ASL Marine") is pleased to announce the setting up of an online Management Q&A at Listedcompany.com today.

ASL Marine's management will take questions from investors on the Q&A from today till 1st September 2005 (Thursday), and will reply on 6th September 2005 (Tuesday). All investors are welcomed to participate in the Management Online Q&A.
