Investors Online Q&A With Management

In conjunction with the Group's half year financial statement announcement for the period ended 31st December 2004, the Board of Directors of ASL Marine Holdings Ltd ("ASL Marine") is pleased to announce the commencement of an investors online Q&A at Shareinvestor.com today.

ASL Marine's management will take questions from now till 16th February 2005 (Wednesday) and will reply on 18th February 2005 (Friday). All investors are welcomed to participate in the online Q&A.
