Online Management Q&A At ShareInvestor.Com

The Board of Directors of ASL Marine Holdings Ltd ("ASL Marine") is pleased to announce the setting up of an online management Q&A at Shareinvestor.com today. This is held in conjunction with the full year financial statements and dividend announcement for the financial year ended 30 June 2004 made by ASL Marine on 26 August 2004.

The management will take questions from now till 6 September 2004 (Monday), and will reply on 9 September 2004 (Thursday). All investors are welcomed to participate in the online management Q&A.
