Investors Q&A Forum At Shareinvestor.Com

The Board of Directors of ASL Marine Holdings Ltd ("ASL Marine") is pleased to announce the setting up of an online Q&A forum at Shareinvestor.com ("SI") today. This forum is held in conjunction with the latest announcements made by ASL Marine.

The management will take questions from investors on the forum from now till 4 June 2004 (Friday), and will reply on 9 June 2004 (Wednesday). All investors are welcomed to participate in the online Q&A forum.
