Dear Shareholders,
The Group’s operating history dated back to
1974, when I started as a trader of scrapped
steel materials. The Group has achieved
growth and strategic expansion, developed a
diversified business model, beyond my original
expectations. This accomplishment is owed
to hard work and the valuable support of
committed personnel.
My deepest gratitude goes to our management
team and staff and I would also like to extend
my thanks to all of our customers, bankers,
business partners and suppliers for their
unwavering support, not forgetting our board
of directors for their valuable input over the
past years.
Despite the tough operating environment in
the current shipping industry, I believe that our
core fundamentals and our people are adept
enough to weather the challenges ahead. Last
but not least, I would like to express my sincere
appreciation to you, for your continuous
